Download our Pupillary Distance Ruler
This very useful instument can be used to measure the distance between your pupils.
Follow these simple instuctions to easily take your measure!
 
1- Print the pdf page setting custom scale to 100%
2- Cut the ruler and ply it along the dashed line
3- Stand in front of a mirror with the ruler centered on your nose
4- Close one eye at a time and take note of the measure between the center of your nose and the open eye.
